Well designed and State of the art Information Resource Centre (Library) is located on the Ground floor of the College building. It has been systematically and steadily strengthened. The library operations and services are fully computerized Library Automation Software and a Bar Code based circulation system is in use. The PIEMR Library is equipped with 26,000+ Books and 4500+ Titles from top rated Indian and International Publishers including Wiley, Elsevier, Mcgraw Hill, Pearson, Cambridge University Press, New Age publication and different streams. Students can search books at Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC). The PIEMR Library is also maintains a good collection of important educational resources on Engineering , Technology and Management.
Fiber Optics & Wi-Fi Campus
The Institute has state of the art computer center with Core series Branded PC (Lenovo, Acer, IBM) with LCD Display, Multimedia, and also connected with Internet facility to cater to the computing needs of the faculty, staff and student for their research and teaching activities. The IT set up of the institute includes other useful hardware devices like Scanners, CD-Writers, and Printers etc. The internet facility is made available to the entire setup. The Institute has set up an excellent facility for accessing Internet through a dedicated line (Fiber Optics Lease line) of 100 Mbps.
PIEMR have a Wi-Fi Campus, which provide an error free Internet Access to Faculty & Students in the Institute.

PIEMR has its own modernised auditorium and five big lecture halls. It is accompanied by a fantastic Hi-Tech sound system. It is fully air-conditioned and has witnessed performances from various renowned artists from within and outside the campus.

Sports
Inter branch sports are held during odd and even semesters to explore the talents of students. Student teams of boys and girls also participate in inter college, university and other tournaments in football , kho-kho, badminton, volley ball, table tennis , carom, chess and other games.
